I love it, it’s my favorite holiday of all time. Why? Because food, that’s why lol. I love food. You do too, that’s why you’re here. Today’s food lesson is all about turkey. As I’ve said in a previous post, I’m not cooking our actual Thanksgiving meal this year — we’re flying home to visit my parents. But I needed these flavors ASAP and I couldn’t wait. The plus-side? Chicken Canzanese…pronounced “can-zan-ay-zee” is an incredible Italian braised chicken dish that you need to keep in your culinary rolodex. I can’t really tell you how many times I’ve made this dish, because I’ve lost count. This is so delicious, you guys. It’s so very flavorful and easy to do.
